We recently had the privilege of managing the end-to-end branding and design for Shunya 2026, Varaha’s flagship climate conference. This engagement demanded an agile approach, balancing bold creative vision with strict operational pragmatism. The result was one of our most successful and fastest project turnarounds to date, executed in close collaboration with Varaha's exceptional internal team.
Our team led the strategic direction from the outset, beginning with the conference naming process and expanding into a comprehensive visual identity. The design system was seamlessly integrated across both digital platforms and physical touchpoints, which included:
Spatial & Environmental Design: Transforming the physical venue to create an immersive, cohesive brand experience—an area where our team’s passion for intersectional design truly shines.
Exhibition Booths: Designing high-impact demonstration booths for Varaha’s four foundational initiatives, managing the process from conceptualization to the final, print-ready vendor handoff under tight deadlines.
Digital & Marketing Assets: Developing targeted social media creatives and premium event merchandise to ensure consistent brand touchpoints before, during, and after the event.
Partnering with Varaha offered a valuable opportunity to engage with cutting-edge climate initiatives.
